- Use similar samples and methods - analysis is only
potentially as good
as data being compared
- Putative 2D gel spot identification may suggest antibodies
to try without
having to sequence spots or use other methods
- Image calibration of (x,y,grayscale) as (pIe, MW, OD) is
not currently available
- Problems occasionally occur with users who
- Have trouble visualizing differences
- Are bothered by particular flicker rates
