Flicker Comparison of MGAP images (old Web site)

This is the link for an old Web site that is no longer available. The data and MAExplorer program are now available on the open source Web site http://maexplorer.sourceforge.net/. The Flicker image comparison program is available on the http://open2dprot.sourceforge.net/Flicker Web site as contributed software for the Open2Dprot project.

The microarray data is described on the Mammary Genome Anatomy Project (MGAP) Web site.
