Current projects:

RNA tectonics: please take a look at our new RNAJunction database! It is a novel database containing RNA junctions, kissing loops, bulges and internal loops. Entries are annotated, and can be downloaded in the form of coordinate data fragments.
KNetFold : Machine learning applied to RNA secondary structure prediction.
CorreLogo: A web server generating 3D sequence logos for RNA and DNA sequence alignments.
Nanotechnology : design of RNA sequences.

My current research involves RNA secondary structure prediction using a machine learning approach and also visualization / data-mining of RNA structures.
